Integration
PowerOffice Go integration
I connect PowerOffice Go to the systems you invoice, sell or log hours in, so the accounts get the data without manual work.
PowerOffice Go is widely used by accounting firms, and it's often the firm that ends up cleaning up when numbers are entered by hand. An integration that sends invoices, customers and vouchers straight across saves both you and your accountant that round.
I've worked with several Norwegian accounting systems, and the job is fairly similar from one to the next. What differs is how access is granted, how they want vouchers delivered, and what they do when something already exists.
What can be connected to PowerOffice Go
- Outgoing invoices and credit notes
- Customers and suppliers
- Vouchers and postings from other systems
- Hours and projects
- Balances and accounting figures for reporting
Access and setup
The integration is approved inside PowerOffice Go by you or your accounting firm, and it only gets access to the client it's approved for. A firm with many clients can use the same integration for several of them.
If you work with an accounting firm, I'm glad to talk to them too. They know how they want things to arrive, and it's easier to build it right the first time.
Common questions
- Can our accounting firm approve the integration?
- Yes, it's often the firm that holds access in PowerOffice Go. Then they approve it, and you don't have to do anything there yourselves.
- Does it work for several companies in the same group?
- Yes. Each company is its own client in PowerOffice Go, and the integration can be set up for each of them.
- We might switch accounting systems later. Is the work wasted then?
- I build it so the accounting part is a separate piece. If you move to Fiken or Tripletex, that piece is rewritten, not the rest.
