Technologies
BigQuery and Postgres, ingestion in Python on scheduled jobs, infrastructure in OpenTofu, and a dashboard built for the job where an off-the-shelf tool is the wrong fit. Analytics, search console, ad platforms, server logs and vendor exports are the usual sources.
What to expect
If two of your reports disagree, the cause is almost never the chart. It is that each one is doing its own sums over slightly different rows. I find where the numbers diverge, reconcile them against the system of record, and put the definition in one place so the next report inherits it. Where two sources genuinely count different things, both get shown and neither gets averaged.
