The Smart Marketing Agent produces brand-safe marketing content automatically. An AI generation pipeline is paired with a dedicated safety and guardrail pass, so output stays on-brand and within policy rather than needing manual review of everything it writes.
Its defining design decision is multi-brand from day one: every table carries a brand foreign key from the first migration, so adding brands is additive instead of a rebuild. Built in .NET with PostgreSQL and Docker, it shipped over five milestones plus a separate safety layer, and runs in production for the first brand with the rest of the model ready to scale.

The Problem
The client needed automated marketing output that stayed strictly on-brand, and they needed it to scale to multiple brands later without re-architecting. Most quick builds bake in a single brand and then require an expensive retrofit the moment a second one appears. That is exactly the trap this had to avoid while still producing usable, safe content from the start.
The Approach
Built a .NET platform (ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL via Entity Framework Core, Dockerised) with a brand foreign key on every table from the very first migration, so multi-brand isolation is structural rather than bolted on. Layered an AI generation pipeline with a dedicated safety and guardrail pass to keep output on-brand and within policy, and shipped across five milestones plus a separate safety layer. The only single-brand assumption lives at the application layer (a seed and a default selector), keeping expansion a clean, additive change.
The Outcome
Delivered across five milestones plus a separate safety layer, all released and paid, and closed out at the end of August. It runs in production generating brand-safe marketing content, with multi-brand expansion designed in as an additive step rather than a retrofit.
